4-Week Intro to Women’s Jiu-Jitsu Workshop Series starting June 2017

Designed for women, taught by woman.

Want to learn to feel stronger and more empowered? Learn Jiu-Jitsu! This class teaches basic Jiu-Jitsu techniques and practical self-defense skills, including fundamental takedowns, position escapes, position controls, and attacks. The class offers a relaxed, non-threatening environment, ideal for beginners. Training session include warm-up, technical drills and sparring.

WHO: This series is for all folks who self-identify as women. Minimum age 10 years old.

ABOUT Mollii Khang

Mollii is a brown belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, a certified Ginastica Natural instructor and TRX trainer with 6 years of experience teaching jiu-jitsu, self-defense, boot camps, Tabata, yoga, and circuit classes with a specialization in Ginastica Natural and women’s self-defense. She views health and exercise as a personal journey and is passionate about creating personalized fitness and self-defense programs for individuals and groups across all ages and fitness levels.

Mollii is one of the few certified Ginástica Natural trainers in Northern California. Ginástica combines natural movements and techniques of Hatha yoga (stretching, flexibility, breathing) with ground movements from grappling martial arts. Mollii’s love of Ginastica stems from her 9 years experience training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and yoga practice.
