FOUR Elements Fitness was founded under the principles of providing health, wellness, and self preservation focused training integrated with social and gender justice concepts.
Women of color owned, our mission is about expanding access to high caliber, martial arts training especially among people who have been traditionally excluded from such spaces. In addition to regular classes, we also feature specific programming for women, SW and LGBQTIA+ folk.

Our programs are design to complement each other so whether your goals are strength and conditioning, self defense, fight training, or general wellness, you will find a little bit of everything thrown in the mix. A NEW, VITAL PLATFORM FOR WORKING ARTISTS
The mission of the Art Series is to incubate community exchange addressing issues around health and movement. Hosted by Four Elements Fitness – a WOC owned gym that offers a variety of services specifically for LGBTQ, POC, SW, and local groups working with at-risk individuals – a core component of this series is to recenter marginalized voices, bringing critical insight and a more well-rounded dialogue into the public realm.
